What makes a Casa Mahjong set different?
Three things you feel immediately: deep-cut, hand-filled engraving that stays legible across the table; dense, weighted tiles with softly eased edges; and cases designed to be displayed, not hidden. Everything is built for years of weekly play.
Are your tiles standard American size?
Yes. Tiles measure 1.3 × 1 × 0.55 inches, the classic American tile size. They fit all Casa Mahjong racks and most standard racks.
Do sets include racks or a mat?
Sets include tiles, dice, a wind indicator, and the carrying case. Racks and mats are sold separately, or save with a bundle, which discounts the combination automatically.
Do your sets include a scorecard?
No. Annual scorecards are published by mahjong leagues and sold by their publishers. Our sets work with league-style cards, and every set includes a quick-start setup guide.
Is a set a good gift for someone learning mahjong?
Wonderful, actually. The high-contrast engraving makes learning easier, the setup card gets a first game going quickly, and our free How to Play guide covers the rest.
Ordering and Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $150. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout based on your address.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Your order leaves us within two business days. After that, most parcels take between one and three weeks to arrive, or 5 to 15 business days, depending on how far they travel.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your tracking number is emailed the moment your order is collected, so you can follow the parcel the whole way. If that email goes astray, write to us and we will send it again.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship within the United States only. Join the newsletter to hear when that changes.
Returns and Client Care
What are your return guidelines?
Every piece is produced in limited quantities and designed to be a collectible heirloom. To preserve the integrity of our craftsmanship, and to be certain each client receives a pristine, untouched set, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If anything arrives not as expected, our client care team will make sure it is promptly addressed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. Our client care team will make sure it is promptly addressed, at no cost to you.
How do I reach a real person?
