Enter the tracking number from your shipping email to see where your order is and when it should arrive.
What to expect
Prepared with care. Every order is packed by hand, checked piece by piece and leaves us within two business days. Your shipping email follows with your tracking number.
On its way. Tracking updates begin when the carrier first scans your parcel, which can take several days after your shipping email. A quiet tracking page in the meantime is normal.
At your door. Arrives within one to three weeks, delivered by USPS or UPS and tracked to your door.
We are here. If your tracking has not moved for a week, or anything looks wrong, write to us at casamahjong@outlook.com with your order number. A real person replies within one business day. Our shipping policy has the details.
