Shipping
We pack each order by hand, so tiles, racks and mats reach you exactly as they left us. Nothing sits waiting: orders leave us within two business days of being placed.
From there, most parcels take somewhere between one and three weeks to arrive, or 5 to 15 business days, depending on how far they have to travel. Shipping is on us above $150; below that, the rate is worked out at checkout from your address. We deliver within the United States only for now.
Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel is collected, so you can follow it the whole way. If the email goes astray, write to us and we will send it again.
Return guidelines
At Casa Mahjong, every piece is produced in limited quantities and designed to be a collectible heirloom. To preserve the integrity of our craftsmanship, and to be certain each client receives a pristine, untouched set, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Please take a moment with the photographs, dimensions and materials on each product page before ordering. If you are deciding between two designs, write to us and we will help you choose.
If something arrives not as expected
On the rare occasion that an order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, our client care team will make sure it is promptly addressed. Write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph, and we will put it right.
