Orders and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or inventory error, and we’ll always tell you why.
Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines and our return guidelines are described on the Shipping and Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Because each piece is produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges; orders that arrive damaged or not as described are resolved by our client care team.
Intellectual property
The Casa Mahjong name, product designs, photography, and site content belong to Casa Mahjong and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Mahjong’s liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
